At Electric Golf Push Carts, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new electric caddy doesn't meet your expectations on the fairway, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electric push cart in its original packaging, including all batteries, remote controls, chargers, and manuals to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the cart's condition and functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
